Not quite what you expected? No problem. You have 14 days from receipt to return or exchange your order. Here's how it works.

Register your return

Register your return via your customer account, within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

Pack & Ship

Package the unworn earrings well-protected (bubble wrap + box), include your name and order number, and send them with track & trace to our studio.

Refund or exchange

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you via your original payment method. If you'd like to exchange an item, please place a new order.

Returns

How long do I have to request a return?

You have 14 days after receipt to register your return. The items must be unworn and in their original, well-sealed packaging.

How do I start a return?

Register your return via your customer account (the Start return button above). After registration, carefully package your earrings and send them to our workshop, including your name and order number.

Will I receive a return label?

No, you arrange the return yourself. Preferably send your package with track & trace, so you can track it. The return costs are for your own account, unless it concerns an error or defect on our part.

What is the return address?

Petit Bonbon, Noordlaan 138, 9200 Dendermonde, Belgium. Be sure to include your name and order number in the package.

Can I exchange it for another item?

Returned items will be refunded after inspection. Would you like a different model? Then place a new order — this way you can be sure that your favourite is still in stock.

What if my return arrives too late?

If your return is registered outside the return period or if the earrings have been worn, we cannot accept the return and will send the item back to you.

Can clip-on earrings or custom-made items be returned?

No. Clip-on earrings and custom-made jewellery are specially made for you and therefore cannot be returned.

Which items cannot be returned?

Clip-on earrings and custom-made items (specially made for you). For items from the sale or outlet, we will provide a voucher instead of a refund.

What if my package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address?

If your parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, you will be responsible for the return costs (€9.50). Please check your shipping address carefully when ordering.


Refund

When and how do I get my money back?

After we receive and check your return, we will refund you using the same payment method you used. Please allow a few working days for this. If you paid with a gift voucher, we will reload the amount onto your gift voucher.

What happens to the shipping costs in case of a return?

Return costs and the original shipping costs are not refunded. If your order amount drops below €100 (the threshold for free shipping) due to the return, the original shipping costs will still be deducted from your refund.

What if I received a discount or a free product?

If a discount applied with conditions (e.g., a minimum order value) and your return causes you to no longer meet these conditions, the discount may be forfeited and will be deducted from your refund. In such a case, a free gift or product that was tied to a threshold may also be forfeited.
