Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Then you have the right to receive your package within 14 days easy to return.
Returns
- Register your return via the return portal and you will receive a return label
- Return the product in the original (closed) packaging stating your name and order number (example 12PB-3456)
- You will receive the paid amounts back from us as soon as possible to the account with which you paid your order. The original shipping costs and costs for returning your order (€5.95) will be deducted from your refund.
Final order amount
If you had free shipping in your original order, because your order was at least €90, and by returning a pair of earrings your final order amount is less than the free shipping amount, in addition to the return costs, the original shipping costs (€6 .95) are for your account. The original shipping costs and return costs will then be deducted from the refund.
Exceptions
You will understand that unfortunately we cannot take back all goods - due to their nature or damage:
- Worn, soiled, smoked, washed, damaged or repaired goods
- Goods that have been personalized or specially made to measure cannot be returned.
- Goods that cannot be returned due to their nature
For items from the sale or outlet, we can only deliver or exchange a voucher for another item.
Package will be returned to us
If your package is returned to us because you did not fully provide your address, the costs (€7.5) for this return are for you. Make sure you enter the shipping address correctly and completely.
