Shipping methods
We ship on Mondays and Thursdays at 2:30 PM. If you order before 2:30 PM, your package will be dispatched on that shipping day; otherwise, it will be moved to the next. You can track everything using the tracking code you receive via email.
- Pick up at the workshop in Dendermonde, by appointment via email — free
- Pick-up point (Bpost) — delivery 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Home delivery — delivery 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Free shipping from €100, with tracking to a pick-up point
If Monday or Thursday falls on a Belgian public holiday, we will ship on Tuesday or Friday, respectively.

Europe
Shipping with tracking, 5–14 business days. Free on orders over €150.
Worldwide
Shipping with tracking, 5–14 business days. Free from €275.
Pre-order
Pre-orders will be dispatched as soon as they are in stock; an estimated timeframe is provided on the product page. Multiple items ordered together will be shipped in one go.
