Sometimes it can happen that a purchased pair of Petit Bonbon earrings breaks. A stone has fallen out of the holder, a clasp has broken off, ... This will be repaired free of charge for jewelry that was purchased less than 10 months ago (warranty period). For jewelry that was purchased more than 10 months ago, a small repair fee will be charged (excl. shipping costs).

Jewelry is not immune to normal wear, activity or damage. There is no warranty for damage resulting from damage, normal wear, loss of the product or a part, or theft.

Select the type of repair
Go to checkout and choose 'pickup' or 'shipping' and complete the payment. Shipping costs are always at your own expense. You can also bring your repair to the studio or pick it up and then you pay no shipping costs.
Send the earrings as a pair to the studio incl. a note with your name, address and email (well packed, so that there is no extra damage during transport!) - 📍Petit Bonbon, Noordlaan 138, 9200 Dendermonde - if a stone is missing, it is best to send the earrings as a pair, and not 1 piece, this way I can ensure that there is no color difference between the stones in the earring. Since stones are sometimes produced in different batches, there may be small color differences.
If the earrings are still under warranty (breakage due to use is not included in the warranty), please include your receipt, proof of purchase or order number.
The earrings will be repaired as soon as possible and returned to you or an appointment will be made for collection from the studio.

Pre-order

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are in stock. An estimated delivery time is always provided on the product page. If you ordered multiple (non-pre-order) items together with your pre-order, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is in stock. If you would prefer to receive part of your order earlier, please send an email with your order number to arrange an interim shipment (additional shipping costs may apply).

Maintenance tips

To preserve the original shine of your earrings and to ensure that they do not get a dull color, we would like to list our tips for you:

Only put on your earrings after you have used makeup, perfume, hairspray and/or other beauty products.
Take off your earrings when exercising, swimming, cleaning, washing hands, etc.
Maintain your earrings with a soft cloth.
When you are not wearing your earrings, it is best to store them in the supplied bag, or on a rack for earringsaway from moisture and direct sunlight. So don't keep them in the bathroom.
Keep them in a dry place (definitely not in the bathroom). This can also be done on a earring rack, but don't put it in front of a window.
If your plugs should become black, polish them locally with silver polish, then you will get them beautiful again.
